Tuesday 26th April Fundraising Concert

New Note Orchestra Fundraising Concert 2016.

St Lukes, 64 Old Shoreham Road, Brighton BN1 5DD.
Make sure you’re free on Tuesday 26th April  – New Note Orchestra will be holding their first concert of 2016.
New Note Orchestra will be showcasing some new and original music that has been inspired by ‘The Seasons’.
Over the past 12 weeks, we have been working collectively to compose two new original scores.
We are excited to announce that we will also be joined by some very special guests. See below for details….

Legendary bassist Herbie Flowers will be one of the special guests at the New Note Orchestra concert on Tuesday 26th April. He is Britain’s best-known session bass-player, having contributed to recordings by Elton John, David Bowie, Paul McCartney and Lou Reed including the bass line of ‘Walk on the Wild Side’. By the end of the 1970s Herbie had played bass on an estimated 500 hit recordings

We are also thrilled that Outside Edge Theatre Company will be joining us. They will be performing an original theatre production. Outside Edge aims to change the lives of people affected by chemical addiction through theatre and drama. They support people affected by chemical addiction to reach and recognise their potential, find an identity and build skills and confidence in order to support recovery at all stages.

We will also be joined by the wonderfully uplifting Cascade Recovery Choir. The choir is designed for people in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. They will be singing some well known pop songs and encouraging the audience to sing along.
