New Note Dance is built around six tools:
-
Movement/Dance: Channel your personality and explore emotions through movement.
 -
Drawing: Use imagination to create inspiring drawings that spark new ideas.
 -
Voice/Sound: Discover sounds that accompany and enhance your dance.
 -
Dialogue: Share stories that turn us into poets and storytellers.
 -
Improvisation: Learn to play, let go, and stay fully present.
 -
Performance: Feel the joy of being seen and heard together.

No experience needed — just bring yourself.
